I relate to this article, and I like how at the end, the author gives insight to be grateful for your low's;) I'm just a little wiped out today, keepin' my chin up tho.
*We meet to practice yoga and will proceed with common sense and exercise with caution.
*If at any time we are to experience pain in the chest, abdomen, or brain while doing any posture then we will stop the pose so the cause of pain may be ascertained.
*As we practice yoga, we will never force ourselves into a pose. We will respect our bodies, boundaries, and limits.
*We will imagine any tension in the joints and muscles as pockets of air giving space and comfort allowing ourselves the fullness of the pose.
*We recognize that there will always be someone better than us, and always someone worse, we will only compare ourselves to our self and allow ourselves to grow.
*We recognize that difficulty doesn’t correlate with being beneficial; some of the best poses are some of the easiest.
My goals as a yoga instructor…. 1. To allow each individual an experience and exploration of them self. 2. To make yoga available to anyone and everyone I can.
I hope that's not you today.
